Extensive five-phase renovation of Edwards Lifesciences’ occupied offices at 1921 Alton provided this bioscience company with significantly upgraded work environments. Demolition of the existing enclosed stairwells and relocating and replacing them with open glass stairwells with wood paneling and accent lighting unify the two floors and enhance wayfinding. In addition to the installation of high-end finishes throughout, CDG built-out a new hospitable and convenient servery station.
