Designed by Interior Architects for Hines, CDG completed the exterior demolition and renovation of the existing building and campus. New landscape paving areas and trellis were created to activate the campus and invite pedestrian travel from adjacent properties and the street. The building includes a game pavilion, event lawn, a fire table and fire bowl. Vegetable garden boxes were placed around the exterior, as well as a wellness walking trail. All new plants and rock mulch was placed throughout the property as well.
